  • First and foremost, I’m a proud father of four beautiful boys, meaning I know how important movement is when you have children in your life – whether it’s keeping up with their adventures or carrying a little one around. That’s why I’m dedicated to serving the community and supporting people and their families to live better lives.

I love helping others, from sports professionals who want to train harder and understand how to improve their performance, to desk workers who experience daily aches and pains, often feeling older than than they are.

We are all designed to move and live life to the fullest, and my passion is helping people do just that.

  • Ellen’s journey into Chiropractic began with a deep fascination for how the body moves, adapts, and heals. Having experienced chiropractic care herself during her teenage years, alongside growing up with holistic parents, she developed an early appreciation for understanding the body, why it moves the way it does, and how all systems work together.

Her own love for staying active, through Pilates, long dog walks in the countryside, and adrenaline-fuelled experiences such as skydiving, alongside a passion for cars both old and new, has shown her first-hand just how vital movement is for both physical and mental wellbeing.

Ellen brings an empathetic, compassionate, and energetic approach to chiropractic care. She takes time to listen, understand, and guide each patient with care, creating a calm and reassuring space as you work towards your goals and return to the activities you love most.

Dr Ellen holds a First Class Master’s Degree in Chiropractic and is passionate about empowering her patients through education, movement, and a truly holistic approach to health. She has a particular interest in pregnancy and paediatric chiropractic care, supporting women and families through every stage of life.
