I’m a passionate Chiropractor with a keen interest in helping people of all ages move, function and feel better.
When I see the life-changing difference chiropractic care can make it never fails to astound me, and to be able to bring that positive change to people every day is what gets me out of bed with a spring in my step every morning.
I am a mother to my beautiful son Teddy, and have a love of horse riding, both of which allow me to approach chiropractic care with an enhanced level of empathy and understanding.

First and foremost, I’m a proud father of three beautiful boys, meaning I know how important movement is when you have children in your life – whether it’s keeping up with their adventures or carrying a little one around. That’s why I’m dedicated to serving the community and supporting people and their families to live better lives.
I love helping others, from sports professionals who want to train harder and understand how to improve their performance, to desk workers who experience daily aches and pains, often feeling older than than they are.
We are all designed to move and live life to the fullest, and my passion is helping people do just that.
Dr John holds a Masters of science.

Sam is a passionate advocate for chiropractic care, with four years of experience working in a chiropractic setting. Originally from Lincoln, he is currently studying to become a chiropractor while also working as a massage therapist, where he has developed a strong understanding of how hands-on care can improve health and wellbeing.
Sport has always been a big part of Sam’s life. Having played semi-professional football— and even featuring in the FIFA video game series — he now channels his competitive drive into endurance events, training for triathlons and Ironman competitions. His sporting background gives him a unique insight into the importance of movement, recovery, and maintaining a healthy body, both for performance and everyday life.
Sam’s favourite part of his role is seeing the difference chiropractic care can make to patients and being part of their journey towards better health. He is dedicated to ensuring that every patient feels supported, encouraged, and valued throughout their care.

Sam brings over 30 years of experience in hospitality, having run her own successful business before transitioning into the healthcare field.
A lifelong Stamford resident, Sam is passionate about her local community and spends her free time volunteering locally, particularly in areas related to her interest in fashion and the importance of second-hand clothing, such as helping with the annual Barnsdale clothing sale. She also enjoys being surrounded by the beautiful countryside by spending time outdoors, whether it's running or going on long walks with her family, always on the lookout for new ways to stay active in the beautiful local countryside.
Joining the team as a Chiropractic Assistant in May 2024, Sam quickly developed a deep interest in holistic health and the positive impact it can have on people's lives. Her favourite part of the role is meeting new patients and building lasting relationships with patients, making sure that everyone who walks through the door feels welcomed and valued.
